1990, Completely Revised 2nd Edition (following 1982 1st), 2 Volumes in slipcase, in generally perfect condition.

Until listing these volumes were unopened in their slipcase since issue and contained in an outer cardboard box with plastic elements. The plastic of the box has degraded in 30 odd years storage and the box has been discarded. Essentially these volumes are as issued with the one exception relating to the second volume of 'Enclosures' - a fold-open box containing the splendid full colour folded maps, where the plain outer faces of the top and bottom maps have feint spots of foxing. This is the only possible criticism of an other wise perfect set contained in a similarly perfect slipcase.

Hardcovers with as new black woven cloth boards, with crisp gilt titling to spines and top boards; with the exception of 2 areas of feint foxing to small panels of the 2 exposed faces of the flat folded map bundle AS NEW.
