A set of two hardcover books bound in 3/4 red leather with red cloth boards. Both spines have five raised bands with simple gilt embellishments, and the top edges are gilt-trimmed. The tips of the free endpapers are tanned. Light foxing on the plates and the pages adjacent to the. Otherwise, text unmarked and binding secure in both volumes. Only the barest signs of chafing along the edges of the leather. Collectible-quality condition!
