If you just changed your mind, item must be returned in the same condition, (unused), that it was shipped within 14 days. Item must be returned in original saleable condition with all of its parts, tags, labels, documents, and/or accessories intact. Buyer must pay return shipping cost. A 20 percent restocking fee, (based on the selling price) will be charged on all returned items. If the item was listed with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price along with the restocking fee.

If you feel that your item is not as described when you get it, and it was not described as being sold "as-is", please contact me first, then ship it back and I will refund the purchase price. Returned shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.

In all cases, Ebay and Paypal have charged seller's fees which will need to be refunded. After the sell has been canceled by the seller, the buyer must reply back to Ebay that the item was returned for a refund and agree to cancel the sale before a refund will be issued.

Items must be returned within (14) days of receiving.  After 14 days, all sales are final and no refund will be issued.
