Has a sticker on it. Audio works great just need your own audio cable. Outer surface has become slightly tacky over the years but it does not affect the helmet or your hands/clothing. Helmet fits size 7.5-8ish in baseball hat (sorry, could not find a means to measure it otherwise). Excellent helmet and is clean/sterile/one owner.
