This new design includes greater protection from the elements including a 60% increase in brim area and 30% more protection (compared to current broadbrim designs) and 300% more brim area than a standard peak cap.
The new TUFFGARD® BROADBRIM hard hat has a unique removable access tab to allow for cap attachable earmuffs.
These tabs can be parked in the rear of the hard hat to prevent loss.

- All hats come with name and date sticker inside which is required on site and by Australian and UK law.
- They also have the date of manufacturer embossed into the hard hats shell as law requires in all countries.
Due to the hydrographic process, the pattern position and sizing of the images may vary from the pictures. Some stretching and fading is common with hydrographic processes.
