Selling my nice vintage Shakespeare spinning rod model Alpha SP1310, 6'-6" long ..... 2-piece medium action. I believe this freshwater fishing rod was likely rated for 1/4 - 3/4 oz lures and 6 to 14 pound line, but I used only 6lb mono line and cast only small trout lures. 

Has 5 guides, which I believe are ceramic lined for the smoothest casts and retrieves. Nice aluminum reel seat area with doubled knurled rings for securely mounting spinning reels. Rubber butt with EVA hand grip. I bought this rod NEW and have only used it over the years on brief family vacations. Rod is in excellent condition. Few small nicks from storage over the years. Haven't used it for a number of years. Shakespeare quality from years past. Made in Korea.

Will be shipped in a thick walled cardboard cylinder for maximum protection, and fully insured.
