This listing is for a Used vintage Pearce Simpson Model Guardian 23 AC/DC CB Transceiver that I plugged in and it powers up, hums and has static without a mic or antenna hooked up. The power cord for AC is brittle and flaking and will need replaced, it has no DC power cord line is cut. It has not been tested other than the plug in and it might be just for parts or it might be in good condition. Cosmetically it looks very good and maintained.
