La spedizione viene effettuata entro 2 giorni lavorativi, dal lunedì al venerdì tramite Corriere Espresso in Italia e Posta Raccomandata Internazionale all'Estero (tranne se diversamente indicato nell'inserzione). La consegna dei prodotti avverrà all'indirizzo fornito dall'acquirente nei tempi e nei modi previsti dallo spedizioniere (non si risponde di eventuali ritardi dovuti allo spedizioniere).

Il codice di tracking verrà consegnato subito dopo la prenotazione della spedizione. Qualora il Vs. pacco risultasse incagliato o in giacenza provvederemo ad avvisarvi e a fare quanto in ns. possesso per superare l'empasse.

Quando riceverete il prodotto vi preghiamo di testarlo immediatamente ed informarci se sia tutto OK e in caso affermativo vi chiediamo di rilasciare Feedback Positivo.

The shipment is made within 2 working days, from monday to friday by Express Courier in Italy and International Registered Mail abroad (unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement). The delivery of the products will take places at the address provided by the forwarder (we are not liable for any delais due to the forwarder).

The tracking code will be delivered immediately after booking the shipment. If your package is stranded or in storage we will notify you and do everything in our possession to overcome the impasse.

When you receive the products, please test it immediately and inform us if everything is OK and if so we ask you to release Positive Feedback.

L'acquirente è tenuto a restituire l'oggetto (previo accordo con il venditore e con valida motivazione) nello stesso identico stato in cui si è ricevuto, con metodo di spedizione tracciabile e con un imballo adeguato.

Le spese di restituzione saranno a carico del venditore se:

- Risulta differire in maniera notevole dalla descrizione dello stesso

- Per mancanza della condizione essenziale di integrità del bene (confezione e/o suo contenuto)

- Oggetto difettoso o non funzionante

Le spese di restituzione saranno a carico dell'acquirente per qualsiasi altra motivazione non riportata nei casi sopra indicati.

Una volta ricevuto l'oggetto e verificato il problema, provvederemo al rimborso o alla sostituzione (previa disponibilità) dello stesso.

La restituzione potrà essere esercitata entro e non oltre 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.

The buyer is required to return the item (subject to agreement with the seller and with valid reasons) in the exact same condition in which it was received, with traceable shipping method and with adequate packaging.

The return costs will be borne by the seller if:

- It appears to differ significantly from the description of the same

- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or its contents)

- Defective or non-functional item

Te return costs will be borne by the buyer for any other reason not mentioned in the cases indicated above.

Once the items has been received and the problem has been verified, we will refund or replace it (subject to availability).

The return can be exercised no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods.
