1979 letter and envelope sent to Robert Winfield Rennie of Scotch Plains, New Jersey, and signed by Sir Dudley Spurling of Bermuda.
According to Wikipedia, "Sir Arthur Dudley Spurling, CBE (1913-1986) was a Bermudian lawyer, politician, and swimmer. ... Spurling was a barrister and justice of the peace and senior partner at Appleby, Spurling & Kempe from 1948 to 1981. He was speaker of the House of Assembly, Bermuda, 1972–76. He competed in the men's 4 × 200 metre freestyle relay at the 1936 Summer Olympics." He was one of the original founders of the United Bermuda Party. Spurling lived at Three Chimneys, St. George's, Bermuda. This letter is written on Three Chimneys stationery.
