Coty NY loose powder compact with white spot, c 1950s-1960s vintage gold tone

This gold tone Coty powder compact has an engine turned circular design, with a white enamel centre. The base has a simple circle design with “Coty, Paris, New York” engraved in a central cartouche. “Made in England” is engraved ender the mirror. The top of the inner lid has “Coty” and “Airspun, poudre de beaute” engraved in a powder puff, and the underside is covered with a felt layer.

🔸The hinges and clasps work as they should.

🔸The mirror gives a clear reflection.

🔸The gold tone is bright and shiny, with scuffs and marks. Please see the photos.
