Vintage handmade Little Girls Dress.  Apron Dress I believe is size 5/6.  Measurements are:  Skirt length 17 1/2", waist is 12" across laying flat, top measures 5" from where strap begins to the waist.  Strap measures 5" from edge of top to top of strap when hanging on a hanger.  Skirt has 3 layers.  This dress is adorable it does have a few cuts in the bottom. You can fix it very easily by hemming it up.
