Here is a world class specimen of transparent to translucent selenite crystals on a contrasting matrix from Naica Mine, Chihuahua, Mexico. The selenite has an excellent luster with smooth, striated faces and sharp edges. There are a few smaller crystals decorating the surrounding areas of the matrix as well. There is one spot where another selenite crystal fit into the side of one of the main crystals, but aside from that this piece is complete and in great condition! It is difficult to find specimens this large from this mine. An aesthetic specimen from this world famous mine!
