Shipping

All items are shipped within one business day Monday - Friday. We combine shipping whenever practical and when orders are placed at the same time. Shipping charges are calculated by USPS or FedEx based on weight and distance from our shop in Rhode Island.

Sizing

Please check all measurements we provide in the listing against an item that fits you well. We do not refund shipping for items that do not fit. Do not rely on the listed size for correct fit as some designers use different measurements depending on the look they desire.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days. All items must be returned in listed condition in order for a full refund, less shipping. We do not refund for shipping or return shipping unless there was an erroneous error in the listing or if an item is damaged. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please send us a picture.

Philosophy

We inspect each item three separate times to ensure items are clean and of very high quality. RI Consignment is not a thrift store; we are very selective about what we sell. Your positive feedback helps the many non profits we work with so please be generous or contact us for any misunderstandings. We promise to make it right!

Between 10%-40% of every item is donated to charity.

Every item we sell meets or exceeds our very high quality standards and benefits a charitable organization. When you shop our store, you shop for a cause. We only sell top of the line, high quality items and one of a kind finds. Search our site for vintage items, collectibles, designer handbags, rare comic books, home décor, health and beauty products, jewelry, designer clothing, watches and much more. Have fun exploring our site and please contact us if you have any questions about any of our products.

If you are as passionate about helping non profits as we are, shop our site to support many worthwhile organizations or donate those high quality designer items to us and we’ll donate your share of the sale to the charity of your choice.

If you would like to consign for a cause, contact us today and we’ll tell you how to get your items to us. We accept items from all over the USA.
