• All orders received before 4pm EST will ship the same day.  This is for orders placed Monday-Friday only.  Exceptions include USPS designated Holidays or if the ebay store is listed as "away".

• 60 day Hassle Free Returns means that all Items come with a Prepaid Return Label included in the package.  To return an item (for any reason) all you need to do is the following:
  • 1.  Fill out the simple return form (included in the package).
    2. Seal up and affix the Prepaid Return Label to the package.
    3. Drop the package off with the United States Postal Service.
  • (It is advised to retain a copy of the tracking # so you know when the item arrives)
• If you loose your prepaid return label, just message me and I will get another one sent over to you.
• Returns are gladly accepted on all items if they are returned in the same condition they were received.  Buyers are responsible for packing the item well enough to survive the return trip.  It is highly advised to keep the original packaging in case you need to return the item.  
• Returns must be received within 60 days of the delivery date.   Returns received between 60-80 days after the delivery date, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All items received after 90 days from the purchase day will not be refunded.
• Did you receive a broken item? Contact me right away, if your item was broken or damaged during shipping and I will do my best to correct the situation for you.
• Refunds are only for the cost of the item. 
• Refunds are issued within 1-3 business days of item arriving at our facility.
• We only accept returns when you either use the prepaid return label that was provided by us or by eBay.  In order to reduce returns fraud, we do not accept returns with your own postage.  

• We Guaranty Our parts to work, but We do not guarantee that it will fix your appliance. Appliance repair isn't always cut and dry, buyer is responsible for proper diagnosis of their appliance. If the part you purchased does not fix your appliance contact us so I can help troubleshoot the issue and get your appliance back up and running asap!
• 60 Day Warranty = Should the part we ship you fail within 60 days of the purchase date, contact us and we will either ship out another part (if in stock) or issue a refund of the items cost. 
• Warranty covers cost of part only and we are not liable for any other costs or damages!

At Low Cost Appliance Parts LLC, we want you to get your appliance back up and running asap.  That means we are more concerned about getting you the right appliance part for your issue the first time....even if that means buying from another seller.  We believe in the principles of Honesty and Integrity!
