Up for auction is a fine antique penny scale used in a pharmacy from 1912 to 1975. Then it was displayed at a Doctor’s office (which explains the sign). The scale also dispenses your fortune and was made by Columbia Weighing Machine Co. of New York. It is all original in good working condition, but at some point the fortune release knob must have been removed. It probably was removed when the fortune scrolls were discontinued.  The scale is in great condition but has some light wear on mirror, the foot pad and wood work around it.
