WARRANTY and RETURN

In the unlikely event that you receive the unit which is not working properly, please inform me with a description of the problem and photos of damage (if needed) via eBay message or e-mail. I will do my best to respond promptly with return information to get your item repaired, exchanged or refunded. The first attempt will be to repair the item. Only failing to do so, the item will be exchanged or refunded. Repairing normally takes 1 week. It depends on the complexity of the technical problem. Please be patient during the time of repair.

Partial refund will not be issued in any event.

Seller is not responsible and will not refund any costs and losses related to the unit’s installation, purchase of additional parts and equipment’s, fitting expenses, etc. No refund even the item will be returned.

The return will not be accepted if:

·       The unit will be re-installed, upgraded or updated. The warranty will not cover damages caused by unqualified installation also hardware or software damages done by the buyer side.

·       The warranty stickers are damaged.

·       The unit is damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse.
