Stainless steel flavor screen for BROILMASTER® size 3 grill head. This is either a replacement for your current flavor screen an upgrade from the ceramic briquettes, or it may be used on a non-Broilmaster® grill, if it fits. Flavor screens (like flavorizer bars and briquets) have two main purposes: 1) To vaporize drippings from the food to season the food and 2) To help protect the burner from drippings. The physical dimensions are about 24 x 14 inches (maybe 1/8" less in both dimensions). MAKE SURE THESE DIMENSIONS WILL FIT YOUR GRILL! Measure your old screen, or if upgrading from briquettes, measure the briquet rack. If they are both too decayed to measure, measure the ledges that support the screen or rack.
