This is a hard to find black star promo Pokemon card. The item pictured it the exact item you will receive, sealed and in mint condition. Getting this card inspected by PSA or CGC will add on a substantial value to this collectors vintage card.

While I can not guarantee the PSA value of this card, I would have to take a guess it would be a 9 at least. Look at the pictures carefully, notice the perfect corners and sharp looking edges, as well as what looks to be excellent boarder centering. It truly is a pristine condition.
