You are looking at a very rare and hard to find Marklin HO 00 Gauge 444.1 tin pedestrian footbridge/overpass that has one of the two original signals. The signal is in great shape and moves freely and has not seized up with age. The footbridge is in pretty good condition for its age (most likely the late 30's or early 40's based on limited internet research but I do not know this for a fact). It has some paint loss but not much. It also has some minor but easily fixed twisting to it as well as some bonding material on the base where it must have been attached to something. I have not tried to correct or clean either as I don't like messing around with vintage items. Size-wise, the footbridge measures 8.5" OD wide (6.25" ID), about 5" deep and 4.25" high (excluding the signal). Clearance-wise, it has a 3.75" height clearance.
I found the footbridge in a box with a number of other pieces that I am listing separately (like a Gilbert/American Flyer Elm City Coal Tipple, a Liverpool yard office, Marklin track, some street lights and other smaller items). Please ask questions and I'll try my best to answer them.
