Product Description

Secure your garden parasol with this 11kg Square Parasol Base from Christow. The base is an ideal weight if you’re using your parasol with the added stability of a table. If you plan to use it without a table, we recommend our heavier 25kg parasol base (sold separately).

Weatherproof Construction

The base is made from heavy-duty compound concrete with a rust-resistant steel tube to hold the pole of your parasol in place. Because it’s weatherproof, it’s incredibly low maintenance. Simply spray it with a hose when watering your garden to clean it.

3 Adapters To Fit Any Pole

The base comes with 35mm, 38mm and 48mm pole adapters which can be placed inside the tube to secure almost any parasol. Using the correct adapter for the diameter of your pole will ensure your parasol doesn’t wobble and stays securely upright in the wind.

Easy To Assemble

No tools are required to assemble the base and it can be set up in minutes. Simply screw the steel tube to the base, pop the relevant adapter inside the tube, and then place the pole of your parasol inside it. An adjustable screw allows you to tightly secure the pole in place.

Protective Rubber Gliders

Rubber gliders on the bottom of the base help to protect your patio or decking from scratches. It also keeps it raised slightly from the ground to aid the flow of air beneath it. This helps to safeguard it from damaging algae which can build up on patios and decking.

Rubber Band For Portability

A rubber band around the perimeter of the base allows you to easily move it around garden if you wish to move your parasol to a new location.  Position the base on its side and slowly turn it to a new location. The bands will ensure it’s well protected from marks and scratches.

BFPO address

Only orders delivered by Royal Mail can be delivered to BFPO addresses.

Delivery to OUT OF AREA

For small and medium items (delivered with Yodel & Royal Mail), we will deliver to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland at no extra cost. For large items (delivered with XDP), we may be unable to deliver to out of area post codes, therefore, please contact us before placing your order so we can check if delivery is available.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are in at the time of the delivery or that they collect the item from the depot/sorting office. Orders which are returned undelivered can be re-dispatched (additional delivery costs will be charged prior to dispatch) or refunded (minus the cost of the failed delivery).

Unwanted/Cancelled Purchases

• Must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item
• Must be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the item
• Must be complete in or with original packaging
• Must be in a re-sellable condition
• Must be notified prior to return

As per our terms and conditions please return all unwanted items and cancelled orders at your own cost. We advise using a tracked service and all customers should obtain proof of postage. For help returning your item(s) please contact us.

All order(s) will be checked upon receipt. If your return is accepted we will notify you via email or telephone and process your refund. If there is a problem with your return, or you fail to acknowledge the above terms and conditions, a member of our customer service team will be in touch.
