Up for sale here is this complete rebuild kit for a Marantz 2245. This contains new capacitors and transistors for all the boards, including the tuner boards, and includes correct-size replacements for the two main capacitors and a new relay. Each board's parts are in a separate bag for ease of installation. Replacement transistors and diodes are included for the non-tuner boards.

This kit does NOT include the following:

Capacitors are generally the same capacitance (except a few that go higher for improved filtering) and the same or higher voltage ratings. Transistors and diodes are the correct Fairchild/Onsemi subs for the originals. These are all extremely high-quality parts and are the same parts I use when I rebuild Marantz gear. I have rebuilt at least 1-2 dozen Marantzes in the last year.

I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but this is a fairly complicated rebuild, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron, a decent desoldering iron, heat-sink compound, and a dim-bulb tester.
