The FemtoJet enables minute quantities of liquid to be injected into cells. The relevant parameters (injection pressure p_i and injection time t_i ) are set using the variable regulators. The key or connected hand or foot control (not included) or the INJECT key of the connected micromanipulator are used to trigger these two parameters. If no injections are being performed, compensation pressure p_c is applied permanently
