Clefairy 5/102 Pokemon Trading Card Game Base Set Unlimited, Unplayed, Mint.

I see no flaws in the holo.  No scratches.

I do see the slightest amount of silvering on the front right edge, visible in picture 2.  This is how the card came in the pack, not due to damage.

This card is not centered.  The front left border is thinner to the naked eye.  The back right border is thinner to the naked eye.

Bottom right corner on back of card in picture 10 is the only hint of edge white on the corner, very minimal.  This was a pack to case card so the back is as good as it gets, not due to wear.

This card should be a 9 for PSA purposes, but I am no expert.

Please look at the pictures and ask questions if you have them.  I took this card directly out of a booster pack and put it in a clear sleeve and hard case combination like pictured over 20 years ago.  It's as good as a card can come out of a pack, but obviously it was not individually printed directly into my hand so it is not technically perfect.   I only removed it to take pictures, then I put it in a brand new clear sleeve and hard case, as seen in the last picture.   I tapped the bottom of the case on the counter to get the card all the way in.

I took these pictures on an iPhone X.  I tried to show each corner in the best detail I could, and I tried to make sure light reflections did not obscure anything.   The pictures are meant to show the edges and corners to show if there is any white, which I'd consider the main factor affecting the value.  The background is a red file folder or black binder, which makes any white stand out on the blue. I will point out all flaws I see including centering.  The lighting brings out all flaws on the back side and I think it makes flaws look worse than they actually are.  The visible bow is due to the cards being in these individual cases for so long, the cards are not warped.   I have no desire to rip anyone off with a poor description or unclear pictures. I am not an expert card grader. I looked into PSA grading my cards but it's costly and takes several months. I realize my prices may be high without the fancy PSA grading but it is what it is, if they sell they sell, I have diamond hands. Feel free to ask me any questions!

I am a lawyer in St. Louis, not a professional eBay seller.   I was born in 1988 and used to watch Pokemon in the van on the way to elementary school each morning.   I started collecting Pokemon cards when they first came out.  I purchased pretty much all my cards in booster packs, 2-3 per week using my allowance, at the Walgreens on the corner of Brentwood Blvd and Litzinger Road in Brentwood, Missouri.  I never played some of the rare holos unless I had duplicates, and I kept the rare holos in cases not books.   I gave away most of my old cards to my Nephew a couple years ago but I kept some of the unplayed holos cards, which I am now hoping to sell to help save up a down payment for a new house, or to strengthen my position in Gamestop.  I will have more cards up for sale soon from the first three sets and some promos and randoms.
