Please note that the postage not only includes postage costs from our warehouse to you, but also include our labour, packing materials, and the postage we've incurred from our suppliers/factory to our warehouse.
In-stock orders will ship from our Virginia warehouse within 1 to 2 business days after payment has cleared. Customers who have selected express shipping methods for their order will ship the same day (if ordered before noon CST) or by the next business day once payment has cleared. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided. Tracking information may not be available on the carrier website for the first 24 to 48 business hours.

We accept returns upto 14-days. All return items must be in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make a special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact.
