Offered here is a vintage 1945 World War Two home front propaganda poster seeking to raise funds through US bonds to support the war effort.  The poster says:  "Victory - Now You Can Invest In It!" in white print on a red, white and blue poster with stars and stripes. Below in larger print it says, "Victory Loan" in white on a blue background. In the center of the poster there is an awesome image depicting an American eagle atop a stack of Victory Loans. A $200 Victory Loan can be seen in the bottom foreground of the poster. In the bottom of the poster in small print it reads, "U.S. Government Printing Office: 1945-O-666315". In the bottom right hand corner of the poster is the code "WFD 53A". The poster artwork was originally created by Dean Cornwell.
