Here is a RARE set of Cutlery marked Sanderson Shear Steel. There are six knives and five forks. The handles are Bone and the pictures show the cracks from age. They date 1840 forward. They come in the case and the hinge is very fragile and made from the material the case is covered in. I took Pictures to show all the aspects of this set. It comes from a very old collection. They are from the Private Collection of a Gettysburg Museum Owner. The knives measure just under 8" the forks are 6.5". I will accept offers on this set and the owners son has the final say.
