Sally Hansen Nail Polish 11.8 ml

  Sally Hansen Sugar Coat is a special effects polish that dries to rubbery matte texture. For the following swatches, I used my normal base coat and no top coat. These pictures were taken in natural light. All of these polishes have the same formula. They're perfect in two coats; I did one thin and one thicker coat. The dry time is fast since you don't need a top coat. They were all super easy to apply. I didn't even need to do any clean up at the cuticle.
