Lock Stock & Barrel Reconstruct Shampoo is designed to revive fine, lifeless-looking hair. In addition, this gentle cleanser is enriched with Vitamin B5 (Panthenol) that infuses into the hair cuticle and retains moisture to build strength and inflate each hair strand creating incredible volume and thickness. Apply a small amount to wet hair to ensure maximum coverage of the hair and scalp. Massage through the hair to build up a lather. Leave to process for up to 3 minutes then rinse thoroughly in water. Avoid contact with eyes.

Returns/Exchanges:
We hope you will enjoy your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving date. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to your credit.

Damaged Shipments:
If items you received were damaged during transit, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. Please note that you will be provided with a printable return label and will not be charged a restocking fee.
Unclaimed Packages:
Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address," "Unclaimed," or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
