This is an unmarked copy which was owned by Paul Lafond

 ( Well known canadian who was a Canadian Senator  under  Pierre Eliot Trudeau's government.)

The book has his signature on the title page.

Also there is a typed note from the author on the editor's paper. 

Mr. Lafond probably received it has a  complimentary gift from the author himself.
