IPODs go through full in-depth multi-point (30-50 point check) test including full syncronisation with itunes before being reset to factory settings prior to dispatch.

IPODs have been thoroughly inspected, cleaned, software updated, restored to factory settings, battery test fully  and come in various conditions to select from:

• GRADE A - Excellent condition and will be unmarked or have very slight signs of use upon close inspection. No dents, cracks or major markings. 
• GRADE B - Good condition with light signs of use by way of cosmetic hairline scratches and blemishes. 
• GRADE C - Fair condition with very clear obvious signs of use. possible engraving

We are committed to preventing, detecting and reporting fraud, and in co-operating with other organisations such as eBay, Action Fraud and the Police we will work to reduce opportunities of fraud.   All serial and HDD numbers recorded for warranty purposes.
