At its heart are the most fragrant and full-bodied Arabica beans, such as natural Ethiopian coffee beans, Santos beans from the Cerrado area in Brazil, and washed coffee beans from the Horn of Africa. In addition, the qualities of the dense, long-lasting crema are emphasized by washed Robusta beans from Indonesia and Central America. The coffee combines a hazelnut aroma with a dark chocolate and unsweetened cocoa flavour, along with unmistakable creaminess.
