Product Description:
Automotive oxygen sensors are suitable for exhaust gas analyzer applications in automobiles. Government regulations are clear: BAR-97 certification is required and each engine is tested once a year. The regulations require the measurement of 5 gases, carbon monoxide (CO), unburned charcoal and other oxides.O2, NO and CO are detected using electrochemical techniques, and HC for CO2 is measured using infrared absorption. Oxygen sensor measurement accuracy of ± 0.1%, in line with the requirements of high-precision detection of automobile exhaust gas, especially suitable for low concentration, high humidity doped with other gases of the typical occasions detection applications. Characteristics: fast response time, good signal stability, long life, good linearity, * low drift, stable zero point (without bias voltage), resistance to corrosive gases.

The sensor is particularly suitable for automotive exhaust gas measurements; the product is published according to PTB 18.10 and is suitable for all OIML standards and BAR'02 requirements, as well as for use with Bosch's (Germany) diffusion gas analyzers.

How to use:
Installation of the detector
The vehicle detector must be installed as close as possible to the detection coil in a dry environment that is waterproof and moisture-proof. When installing the vehicle detector, it should be kept at a certain distance (about 10-20mm) from other equipment or devices to facilitate maintenance. Care should also be taken that the ambient temperature does not exceed 55o C. The ability of the detector to work well depends to a large extent on the induction coil to which it is connected. Several important parameters of the coil include: coil material, coil shape and correct construction and burial. For the installation of the coil, please refer to the "Coil Installation Guide" in the following section.
