This is from both the cutting of the card and the card was inserted in a set format. Please bid accordingly.

Shipping:

The shipping and handling charge is $4.00 and within USA unless otherwise noted. The item will be shipped out via USPS First Class. We combine shipping at $1.00 each additional cards, $5.00 each additional set and $7.00 each additional box. We can only ship to the address listed with your Paypal without exception.

International shipping is $10.00 and it will be shipped via USPS International First Class. We combine shipping at $1.00 each additional cards.
