IT IS SO FLOATY LOOKING

IT IS MADE OF STRAW, A VERY THIN HEMPLIKE MATERIAL.

THE LABEL STATES ML STUDIO.

IT IS A ROYAL BLUE IN COLOR WITH MANY BLUE COLORED FEATHERS ATTACHED TO THE LARGE BOW (MADE OF POLYESTER MATERIAL AND HAS A  SATIN TRIM WITH CLEAR AND BLUE PLASTIC SEQUINS.)

THERE IS A BLUE COLORED GROSSGRAIN RIBBON USED AS A SWEATBAND.

THE INNER CIRCUMFERENCE IS  23"  WHICH IS ONE SIZE FITS ALL.

THE CROWN IS ABOUT 4" TALL.

THE BRIM MEASURES 4" WIDE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

IT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION..... IT IS NEW.
