This must have adorable Beanie Baby is in good pre-owned condition. Shows minimal wear, however, some of the stuffing is making it's way out of the nose of Cougar, I tried to capture this in the last picture, please look at it carefully. I cannot guarantee or assure any safety issues with this Beanie Baby.
