Forschner is an American builder of scales for butchers founded by Richard H. Forscher around 1900s based in New York.  To bolster the scale business, Forschner also marketed knives and knife sharpeners imported from Europe ( Germany, England,… ).

This knife sharpening steel stick sharpener has the sharpener made from the fine steel.  The handle has sure fitting for durability, strength, and balance.

It has the fine condition.

Maintenance Suggestion:  Hand wash only in warm water after using, especially if used on foods that have acidic sauce/liquid.  After washing it, wipe the stick and handle completely dry.  Use of dishwasher not recommended.
