Delivery Times:

All stocked items packed and dispatched daily if orders are placed before 1pm.

Orders placed after 1pm may not be despatched that day but we always do our best.

Small orders up to £30 will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service.

Royal Mail Tracked48 does not show the journey of the parcel. It only shows that the parcel accepted by Royal Mail and it confirms when delivered.

Currently Royal Mail is the best option for small parcels but we cannot promise on their behalf that your parcel will be delivered in 48hrs. Please allow up to 7 working days for Royal Mail deliveries. If you need an urgent delivery, please choose at the check-out.We use various shipping companies such as Royal Mail 2-7days, DPD next working day, DHL next working day

Delivery time and prices may vary outside the UK mainland.

Tracking:

Please provide a mobile number and a valid e-mail address for tracking updates

Royal Mail Tracked48 does not show the journey of the parcel. It only shows that the Parcel accepted by Royal Mail and it confirms when delivered.

DPD will send an e-mail and SMS for tracking, it is your responsibility to let them know if you are not at home and if you want the product delivered to your neighbour etc.

DHL will send you an e-mail with the tracking and journey of your order. Please check your e-mail
If we provided you full tracking details it is your responsibility to accept the product.

Please check your address and contact details are correct.

If you have been provided a tracking number it is your responsibility to communicate with the courier or check the tracking yourself.

Shipping terms and conditions:

Occasionally when there are multiple parcels, one might be delivered the next day.

Please check your tracking information as it will say part delivered.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to issues beyond our control such as adverse weather, missorting, part delivered multiple items

We try to ensure that items shown on the website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, but sometimes it is not possible.
Where there is likely to be a delay we will attempt to contact you either by telephone or email to make alternative arrangements. If you need an item urgently, please e-mail us to make sure that item is in stock.

The buyer is responsible for providing full and correct delivery and contact information on every order.

The buyer is responsible to be ready to receive the goods at the delivery address and time provided by the courier.

The carrier will attempt 2 re-deliveries before the goods are returned to us. If goods are returned to us due to there being no arrangements to receive them the buyer will be responsible for the cost of a re-delivery.

If you are not prepared to accept the goods in the condition they arrive, then please sign for as damaged and do not accept - send them back with the same driver if possible. Customers are responsible for checking consignments for damage or missing parts, PRIOR to ACCEPTING and SIGNING from courier. Any errors on an order must be reported within 3 days.

All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when delivered must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt; please contact us through eBay communications.

We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for refund. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. We reserve to charge 10% restocking fee.

Refunds will be made in same method of payment.

Warranties:

We operate back to base warranty scheme on most items. That means you send the product you want to claim warranty on it at your cost and arrangement. Ones we receive we let you know if it will be covered under warranty. If we do repair it we then ship the product back to you.

If it is not a warranty work but product repairable, we give you a quote, ones the payment made we repair and send back to you.

Not every physical breakage is warranted, wear and tear, misuse is common we will not give exception if a product is misused and abused. We will not just send you a new one instantly without checking and inspecting.

Plastic janitorial items are not under warranty. Some items are under manufacturer warranty which is only covered by manufacturer terms and conditions. Please ask if you have concerns.

If a spare part was ordered, it is your responsibility to fit or assemble, If not sure how, you should seek a professional help. Items not fitted correctly will not be under warranty.

Shurflo Pumps must be used with a digital controller fitted with dead end detection. It must only be used for window cleaning. Shurflo Pumps comes with a limited industrial back to base warranty.

Backpacks are only warranted for Pumps and controllers. Batteries are not warranted.

Posting a Return Item:

Please make sure you have a certificate of posting when you are returning an item so you can proof that item is dispatched and you have a cover for it.

We always help for genuine warranty requests, however if we feel that it is not genuine and a customer is trying to take advantage we will not be helping.

PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH US FIRST BEFORE OPENING A CASE THROUGH EBAY, MOST PROBLEMS CAN BE SORTED THIS WAY.

After you win an auction-style listing or have clicked the Buy It Now button, please go to check out for payment process. Your order will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after completed transaction. Orders are not usually processed for shipment at weekends and holidays.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, debit or credit card.

If you need a VAT invoice please contact us, we do not send invoice with every purchase due to administrative issues.

Transaction must be completed within seven (7) days of purchase. Unpaid auction wins will be reported after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed on eBay to recover the final fees of the sale(s).

If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure you contact us via e mail stating that you are waiting for another auction. For eligible items combine postage will be applied on checkout automatically by EBAY.
