Lost or damaged items ­– Whilst Every effort is made During packaging and dispatching, we do not accept liability if your purchases are damaged or lost by Australia post

Returns & Refunds -- We offer a 7-day return policy on all items if they are not as described in listing (Excludes items Lost or Damaged in shipping). We will not issue a replacement or refund until we receive the faulty items and confirm the problem or issue. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items to our shop and will not receive a refund on shipping charges however we will cover the shipping cost to send you your replacement.
