Handlebar Description:

Our bars offer a "Limited Lifetime" warranty and are carefully designed to provide natural, relaxed grip angles combined with optimal pullback comfort. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for easy internal wire pulling, and polished to show their quality finish.
 
Each and every set of bars we make are hand-made employing a multi-step manufacturing process using the finest materials. Tube diameter is 1.25” stepped down to 1” for stock/conventional controls.  Both grips have 0.5” x 2” slots laser cut for internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out and notched for fly by wire.  The Knurled Center for non-slip

 

grip on our handlebars is engineered to be a direct custom replacement for stock equipment. Our Meathook Ape Hangers are deigned for risers made for 1" handlebars.  If your bike has been retrofitted, and/or did not come from the factory with risers made for 1" handlebars, you will need to change the risers.

 

 

Electrical/Cable Description

When many aftermarket hydraulic lines are installed, problems can arise from inferior chrome plating. There is nothing worse than rust prone, cheap imitation chrome. Based on this we go the extra mile to achieve a finish that is far superior. Our plating is done here in the USA and has been proven to reduce chipping, scratching, rusting or fading. Giving you a product that is not only suitable for practical purposes but will also look great for years to come!

Our Hydraulic Brake Lines meet or exceed D.O.T. as well as OEM pressure specifications. Our lines are UV protected braided stainless steel with Black Chrome fittings and a Black Armor Coat, that provides long lasting appearance while protecting components from abrasion.

Our Electrical Extensions use special purpose automotive wire that is insulated with chemically cross-line polyethylene, making it resistant to moisture, most solvents, and gives it the ability to withstand extreme temperatures.

Our Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Tubing is designed to meet the requirements of MIL-I-631, Grades A & B. Our PVC Tubing is UV Resistant, Flame Retardant, Lead Free with a High Gloss Black Finish, Making it perfect for applications where a wide thermal range is required.
