Most Plastisol inks are Opaque and are able to print direct onto dark garments.  The Fluorescent and Process inks usually require a white underbase when printing onto a dark coloured garment.

Additives can be added to a Plastisol ink to thin, thicken, lower viscosity, build density, raise and puff, vintage crack etc.  These produce great effects and add texture to your prints.  Select the desired additive from this listings drop down.

What is a Plastisol Ink?
Plastisol inks are commonly used for textile printing.  It is a PVC based ink which contains a thick plasticizer.

How do I dry a Plastisol Ink?
Plastisol inks do not air dry.  They remain wet until heat is applied.  Drying temperature is 100degC and Fully Curing temperature is 153degC.  Drying time depends on the equipment used and colour of ink.

Are Plastisol Inks Safe?
Most Plastisol inks contain no VOC (solvents) and are safe to use.
