This is a New Second "Revision" at "2024"of my Bedini pcb Module.
The winding on the fan remains the same.
"Handmade" Bedini Fan Motor with voltage operation from 3 volts to 14 volts maximum.
This device can charge small recharge batteries in capacity - maximum 7ah / 12V "
also recharge and use bad defective discarded batteries.
On many occasions the battery will in fact acquire further voltage,
workable power compared to the time it had been purchased.
After a while and many rounds of charging the batteries have become superior to brand new.
With small details added to electronic components that make its operation
even better and efficient compared to the previous version.
Now with a small toggle switch
you will be able to drive the original "MAIN" Bedini motor in three functions.
But also in "Self"-oscillation operation in all three functions as well.
Light - FAN -CHARGER
Ηow to operate it
The Bedini has two pairs of two cables with Alligator Clips.
First pair is the "Red - positive / Black - negative for the Primary Battery" to run the device.
Second pair is the "Yellow - positive / Green - negative for the Charging Battery" the second battery...
"Attention"
Never put these cables in the wrong position! Because this will Damage the circuit.
There are "two switches" one is with three places, "left" for the lamp
in the "middle" to charge the battery "cables with Alligator Clips
"Yellow - positive / Green - negative" and the "right" for the green color leds.
The small switch is for the option to operate in the "Main"
original version of Bedini or in "Self"-oscillation operation.
Τhe Potentiometer is for "increase or decrease" the charge of the battery
or the light bulb or the 15 green color led.
Depending on the "operation" it performs, it has different uses.
"Main"-operation
When you use it to charge batteries, turning to the Right is to "increase"
and turning to the Left is to "decrease". But you have to find the right position
for the best results. Usually in the middle to the right you will look to find the appropriate point.
When you use it to light a bulb or 15 green color led, turning to the Right is to "increase"
and turning to the Left is to "decrease" on lighting.
In this operation we have movement in the fan and synchronously with the speed
of the fan we have pulses feeding the green LEDs or the lamp.
"Self" Oscillation - operation
My circuit can make "Self-Oscillation" without moving the motor and this function
is the "best" for charging batteries or for the lighting.
When you use it to charge batteries, turning to the Right is to "decrease"
and turning to the Left is to "increase". When you use it, you will see
the small indicator light to light up. This one is behind the Neon light, when it lights up
it is an indication of inefficient operation and you should turn the potentiometer
to the right until it goes off.
Usually in the middle to the left you will look to find the appropriate point.
When you use it to light a bulb or 15 green color led, turning to the Right is to "increase"
and turning to the Left is to "decrease".
Also in these functions when the indicator light is seen to light up it is an indication
of inefficient operation and you should turn the potentiometer to the right until it goes off.
In this operation, we do NOT have movement in the fan, but if there is, we can stop it by hand.
Here we can apply very small supply voltages and turn on the lamp and the LEDs.
