This wall-box is standard 23/4inch depth, others are 33/4inch deep, taking advantage of the full studded wall thickness and allowing added space when large numbers of cables are used. Attached rotating clamps allow boxes to be easily installed in a cut opening, requiring only a drywall saw and Philips head screwdriver.
