Most items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. Any payment received on Friday or Saturday will be shipped on Monday. You will receive the tracking info from us as soon as the item ships. Most items are shipped UPS but we can also use Fedex. U.S. shipping rates do not include PR, HI or AK. Please contact us for the shipping cost there. After payment is received most items will ship within 24 hours. We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as the item has shipped.
All items are set to USA standards. If purchasing this item for outside the USA and not sure if it will work for you, please check with us prior to purchase. Thank You
All items are Brand New unless otherwise noted. We will take any items back within 7 days of purchase as long as the item is returned the same way it was shipped, with all the packing materials. Any problems after 7 days must be handled directly thru the manufacturer. We can supply you with a receipt and help in any way possible but we can not take back products after the 7 days. In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible we can not pay for any shipping cost on returns. If an item is received D.O.A. or encounters a problem within the first 7 days we will gladly exchange and ship out the return item at no additional cost to you but the shipping cost on the item being returned must be by the customer. Arctic Tools can not make any exceptions.
All items may be returned within 14 days of receiving purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All items will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee
