All Claims for shortages or damaged goods can only be accepted if made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any returns must be requested within 7 days from the original delivery date and must be unopened, with no labels or writing on products or boxes. Defective products must be returned in the original cartons and with all original pieces, packing materials and manuals.

All products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and will perform satisfactorily. We will refund, replace or issue a credit note at the sole discretion of Pioneering Trade Pty Ltd for any defective products returned to us within 6 months of the original invoice date. Please note product warranty is limited to that provided by the manufacturer.

20% restocking fee applies for all goods returned that are not faulty and or ordered incorrectly by the customer. Customer is responsible for the cost of freight and insurance on goods.
