This design is a tribute to one of mankind's greatest achievements, the manned missions to the Moon.  This repeating pattern serves as a detailed close-up of most of the visible side of the Moon's surface, highlighted with each of the successful Apollo landing sites properly labeled.  Because of the size and scale of the image, some of the labels do wrap around onto the back of this design.  BUT WAIT!  THERE'S MORE!!!  Also shown, unfortunately on the back but in their proper place in both location and history, are the 3 successful robotic sample return missions launched by the Soviet Union.  If they had known that one day, they might be featured on this tie, they might have chosen a more centered landing location!  As if that weren't enough, the landing sites for the 2 Lunokhod missions from the Soviet Union and the 5 soft landing sites (not the crashes) from the U.S.'s Surveyor missions are also shown.  WOW!  What a way to start a conversation...or end an argument.
