This listing is for a vintage black cocktail dress with a fabric label with "Made in British Crown Colony of Hong Kong" inside. According to information I found on the internet this is a rare dress for the Fab-Lu Babs doll.

The dress is in played with condition:
-the velvet bodice has two small bald patches;
-the silver cord is torn;
-one half of a popper at the back is missing;
-the netting of the skirt has some snags, see photos.
