BMW’s two-year worldwide warranty covers all BMW MINI parts. For any part to be claimed under this, it would need to be investigated by a fully trained BMW technician. If the part is deemed at fault, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. In the unlikely event that something like this happens, we would recommend making an appointment with your nearest BMW retailer to have this investigated.

We send all our orders fully tracked, and all UK deliveries are free of charge. Though most customers receive their orders within 2 to 3 workdays, delays can happen and we ask the customer to be patient while the delivery service tries to deliver the order.
We only accept payment through PayPal, because we value our customers safety and security. Once payment has been cleared, the order will be dispatched. This is in order to provide an efficient service and avoid any confusion.
If you have an issue with an item, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue. However, if we cannot resolve your issue you have 30 days from when you received the item to return it to us for a full refund.
