Dispatch: - Our Delivery Policy is to have all orders dispatched within 2 - 5 working days of your order being received. Most items are delivered within 1-7 days depending on size and location within Australia.  - Although we stock many thousands of product lines in our warehouse it is not possible due to space and financial restraints to stock all products that are actually available. If we do not have the product in stock there could possibly be a short delay of around 3-7 days to get the item into stock from the particular importers and dispatched and on its way. The vast majority of products that we sell are in stock and are dispatched the same day, If you require an item to be dispatched urgently and can not wait for 2/3 days, please contact our friendly sales staff on EBAY MESSAGE to confirm stock availability. - All products must be returned to us within 14 days of original delivery  and must be in brand new condition, undamaged, unaltered & with its original packaging - No Returns are permitted after 30 Days - Please note: Some Returns may have a restocking fee of 15% deducted prior to refund ( postage fee will not be refundable ) - Buyer is responsible for all postage cost All items we sell come with factory warranty All Warranty claims are back to base at buyers expense All returns are the buyers responsibility as per eBay policy All items returned due to incorrect purchase (drunk or otherwise) or change of mind will attract a 15% restock + initial postage fee. Items must be returned in a BRAND NEW, unused, unopened condition to be eligible for refund.  Otherwise a repacking fee may apply.
