I accept Paypal only for payment.  I will ship anywhere in the world that the US Government permits.  

The international buyer is responsible for the additional postage and any charges(taxes or duties) their country requires.  

Postage charges are calculated unless it is a flat rate.  Ebay sends you a tracking number when postage is purchased.
