Shipping and Handling
Most of packages will be shipped out before 12pm order on the same day! By default, we ship out FedEx/UPS ground and Post Office mail in Domestic service. International mail will be mostly in Post Office mail. The handling time normally take 24 hours to process your order even though we process most of the orders before 1pm EST for the same day order, except some holiday or travel reason. The tracking number will be sent out mostly within 24 hours or instantly. Please do check your spam/junk mail after 24 hours. If not received, please notify us right away. We encourage your purchase signature service though most of mail deliver safely with shipping carrier. If you live in apartment or non-secured area, please choose a secure address or pay extra signature fee. We will help you find the package or help for the claim service. Please do monitor the tracking status once order processed.
Exchange and Return
30 days free of questions of return start from purchasing/invoice day. Please pay attention to the purchase/payment date, not the day receive the items. Return is at buyer's cost. Domestic buyer, please choose FedEx Ground and Post Office Mail service only. You can register an account through FedEx and USPS website and print return label directly through their website then drop to FedEx or Post Office. Post Office mail can be scheduled for free pick up from your house or office if you put request through its website. FedEx Ground has good rate for 3 lbs or above package; Post Office has better rate for 3 lbs or below packages. Please keep the tracking number as record after return. You do not need notification or approve for return. As long as return within the window, plus item was not used, damaged, you can simply print out transaction history or write down the order number, then we can simply track your purchase history. Again, the return window is from purchase/payment date to the return shipping back date. Generally, we do not take return after 30 days purchase/payment. For return used or damaged items, we will charge reinstocking fee start from 20 up to 50% of purchase value depending on the condition of item received.
